Babysprouts Return Policy

Hassle-free returns within 30 days
We want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, returning your item is simple and straightforward.

Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated and received within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Sale items purchased during seasonal promotions may be returned.
  • Clearance items marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Babysprouts does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If Babysprouts made a mistake or your item arrived damaged/defective, we’ll cover return shipping. Please email photos to our customer service team before a prepaid label is provided.

Processing Time

  • Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 1–3 business days for inspection and processing.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

How to Start a Return

  • Email our customer service team at customerservice@babysprouts.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • If applicable (damaged/incorrect items), include photos so we can review and approve a prepaid label.
  • Pack your items securely and send them back using your chosen carrier (or our prepaid label if approved).
  • Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.
