We’re just as excited as you are for your order to arrive! Every Babysprouts package is packed with care and shipped quickly from our warehouse in central Missouri.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We do our best to keep shipping affordable for our customers!

  • Flat rate shipping: just $4.99 on all U.S. orders — we cover the rest.

  • Free shipping on orders over $100.

  • Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our warehouse.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size and location.

Local Pickup

If you’re nearby, choose Local Pickup at checkout to pick up your order from our warehouse. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal carrier to report a missing or stolen package. Babysprouts is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated for 14 days, please reach out to our team — we’ll make it right by sending a replacement.

We’re unable to offer extra shipping insurance at this time, but we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping FAQs

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at customerservice@babysprouts.com and we’ll do our best to update it. Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes through USPS. UPS deliveries must be sent to a physical address.

Can I combine multiple orders for shipping?
We’re unable to combine orders once they’ve been placed. Each order will ship separately with its own tracking number.

What if my package is returned to Babysprouts?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you. Additional shipping fees will apply to reship your order.
